From my own journey as an overseas worker to building a global recruitment business, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of the right opportunity at the right time. Now, through coaching, I’m dedicated to empowering Virtual Assistants and freelancers to scale their businesses, start their own agencies, and create meaningful impact. Whether it’s helping businesses find the right talent or guiding individuals to build thriving careers, my mission is to transform lives through the right connections and strategies.

I’ve been in the recruitment industry for over 20 years. My career began as an overseas Filipino worker in Malaysia, driven by a deep desire to provide a better future for my children. Over time, I discovered countless opportunities for my fellow Filipinos to work abroad, which inspired me to dive into recruitment. What started as a simple favour—referring candidates for job placements—turned into a fulfilling career and a thriving global recruitment business.
Today, I run my own recruitment agency and multiple businesses in Australia. CForce Global, which is the Remote Staffing Agency or commonly known as a VA Agency. The international recruitment agency specialises in sourcing talents globally for various industries. But my passion doesn’t stop there. I’ve also ventured into coaching and mentoring talented and driven individuals who aspire to start and grow their own Virtual Assistant (VA) staffing agencies. This new chapter is deeply personal for me because I’ve seen how life-changing it can be to not only build a business but to also create opportunities for others.
